HOW TO DO A SOCK BUN // Youtube Hair Tutorial

The Motion Tour is finally here! Thank you for having 100% attendance on Saturday! The girls did an amazing job! It is so exciting for these dancers to have the opportunity to take all of their hard work in the classroom, to the stage!

This Youtube link is a great tutorial on how to do our "princess bun". As you can see it is a "rolled" bun, not a "twisted" bun. You can use a sock to achieve this look, or a hair donut, both will work.

Please make sure that you have ALL of your dancer's costume items in their competition bag. Please make sure your dancer's jazz shoes are in their bag. Make sure your dancer wears their Winner School RzDz T-shirt, it makes them easier to find. There is no admission to the competition, feel free to invite family to help cheer on your dancer! It is going to be a fun and exciting day!

Please do not leave their bags, or any personal belongings of theirs, in room 4. Their hair should be in a bun on the crown of their head. If their hair is too short to be pulled into a bun, please secure it back with clips. The hair bow, that was paid for in The Winner School Store, will be given to your dancer at that time.

Deposits and fees due

A $50 costume deposit is due in The Winner School Store by Friday, January 15th. It is extremely important that these deposits get paid. We cannot order costumes, for the entire class, until we have all of the deposits for that class. The longer we have to wait to order costumes, the more likely it is that shipping dates will be too late for our April GP Pictures, or the costumes become unavailable. Please get this deposit paid by Friday, or sooner. The remaining balance will become due in April prior to pictures being taken.

Also please confirm that you have paid $10 for your Progression Recital bow. These bows will be distributed on the day of the performance.

Thank you for your tremendous support! We love these dancers. We are so excited for this performance!
